This is not another crowded, impersonal festival. We’ve created an intimate evening designed for true enthusiasts—an enhanced, large-scale version of what our members experience in the Sentinel Room Whiskey Club. Our mission is to go beyond the pour and explore the story in every bottle.
We are bringing the most passionate, independent distillers directly to you. In many cases, you’ll meet the owner or master distiller themselves, hear their stories firsthand, and discover the craft and character that make their spirits unique. Our Mission
A Dram Good Cause Worth Toasting
This year, we’re proud to raise our glasses not only in celebration of great whiskey, but in support of two organizations that preserve our past and protect our present. A portion of proceeds from this event will benefit these hometown heroes.

The Sentinel Room takes its name from the *Independence Sentinel* newspaper—once a beacon of local journalism. By supporting the Historical Society, we help safeguard the archives and architecture that tell the story of the Queen City of the Trails.

Protecting Our Community
Our modern-day Sentinels—first responders—protect the lives and safety of our community every day. From police and fire to EMS and dispatchers, we honor and support them through the Independence Police Foundation.
